Ten-eleven translocation methylcytosine dioxygenase (TET) (Mus musculus)
Ten-eleven translocation methylcytosine dioxygenase (TET) plays a key role in DNA demethylation. It catalyzes, 5-methylcytosine (5mC) into into 5 hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC). GlycoScientific has developed polyclonal antibodies and peptides against glycosylated and non-glycosylated sites on mouse TET proteins to aid in important epigenetic research.
